My fury is at the billing departments who are unprofessional, lazy, and non-responsive. They sent incorrect bills, untimely, as in skipped, bills, and threats to report me for non-payment, payments which I never neglected to pay. At the end, they submitted a totally different amount from what I had been paying. They COULD not or WOULD not tell me what that charge was for! When I demanded an itemized statement, they simply changed the format of the bill.
